Welcome to Print Central! By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at sales@printcentral.ca.
1. Overview
Print Central, located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, offers professional printing services and nationwide shipping of printed goods. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Print Central provides high-quality printing services for a variety of materials, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, banners, and posters. We also offer shipping services to deliver printed goods directly to your location.
3. Payment Terms
Currently, we only accept payments via Interac e-Transfer. Full payment must be completed before we begin processing your order. Please follow the payment instructions provided during checkout to complete your transaction.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- We offer nationwide shipping within Canada.
- Free shipping may be offered to certain locations near Mississauga, Ontario, at our discretion. In such cases, we will rebate the shipping fee initially collected at the time of order.
- Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the delivery address and the size of the order. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout, but these times are not guaranteed as they depend on third-party shipping providers.
- Once an order has shipped, Print Central is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
We strive for the highest quality in our print jobs. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a limited return and refund policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt of the product. To request a return, you must provide a clear explanation of the issue with the print job, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Review Process: Upon receiving your complaint, Print Central will review it and, at our sole discretion, determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund, reprint, or other resolution.
- Resolution: If Print Central finds that the issue was caused by a mistake on our end, we may offer a full or partial refund or reprint the product at no additional cost. We reserve the right to make this decision based on the circumstances of each individual case.
Note: Returns are not accepted for issues caused by customer errors such as incorrect artwork, typos, or low-resolution images provided by the customer.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to deliver the best possible service and quality, Print Central’s liability is limited as follows:
- Accuracy of Customer Information: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide, including shipping details, artwork, and print specifications. Print Central will not be liable for delays, incorrect orders, or issues arising from customer-provided errors.
- Third-Party Shipping Delays: Once the printed goods leave our facility and are in the possession of a third-party shipping provider, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to the goods. Any claims regarding shipping delays or lost packages should be directed to the shipping provider.
- Print Quality Issues: Print Central is not liable for issues arising from customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to low-resolution images, incorrect colors, or design errors. We recommend that customers review their artwork carefully before submission. Any complaints regarding print quality must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, as outlined in our Returns and Refunds policy.
- Maximum Liability: In all circumstances, Print Central’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased. Print Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use of the product or services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, logos, and intellectual property provided by the customer remain the property of the customer. Print Central does not claim ownership of any customer-provided designs. However, by submitting artwork for printing, the customer grants Print Central a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce the artwork for the purpose of completing the print order.
8. Modification of Terms
Print Central reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
